Our practice is open for treatment from 8 am to 8 pm. Even weekend appointments are possible with individual planning. Please refer to our emergency timetable.
On the phone you reach us from monday to friday between 9 am to 12 am and 3 pm to 5.30 pm. Whether we are open on weekends you can see on our
emergency timetable.

If this is your first appointment in our practice we take a lot of extra time to find out your personal needs and whishes, and make a first check and a treatment planning. Normally this takes about half an hour. The first first appointment is mostly covered be your insurance, if you are citizen in the European Union. Then we need detailed information about your insurance and we don´t charge you for this session. Please have an id document (passport, id-card, eg.) at hand. In general we inform you in advance about the cost of a treatment, so you always are well informed what will be coming.
in case of acute pain you get an appointment as soon as possible, normally on the same day of your call. Please call us before come along to have short waiting time. Anyway you should plan some extra time for we are a practice with a strict time schedule and plan our appointments long into the future to guarantee minimum waiting times. On weekends please refer to our emergency time table.
In very urgent cases you reach the official emergency dental service of the hamburg dentist under +49 (0) 1805 - 05 05 18 (12 Cent per minute).
